No. Maa Ghar is independent shared housing. It does not provide personal care, medication assistance, mobility assistance, health monitoring, memory support, protective supervision, or emergency response.

Maa Ghar is for independent women who want a peaceful shared home, private living space, and a sense of community. It was created with elder mothers in mind and welcomes women of all cultural, religious, and personal backgrounds.

Maa Ghar provides household staples and shared kitchen access. Communal meals may be offered as part of the household environment, but residents must be able to manage their own personal daily needs independently.

Yes. Each room will be furnished. Residents may also bring personal belongings, décor, bedding, and furniture accents.

Monthly rates are based on standard 1-year lease agreements. Month-to-month lease agreements can be discussed.

No. All bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs. Residents must be comfortable using one flight of stairs. The home does not have an elevator.

Yes. Daytime visitors are welcome outside of quiet hours, between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Overnight guests require prior approval and must follow household guidelines.

No. For privacy and safety, the public website lists the location as North Natomas, Sacramento. The address may be shared privately after an initial conversation or scheduled tour.

Home tours will be available starting August 15, 2026. Move-in can begin September 1, 2026.

Each room is designated for only 1 resident. The home is most comfortable if not too over-crowded.
