Inspired by South Asian traditions of honoring mothers, Maa Ghar is a peaceful shared home where independent women can find comfort, dignity, culture, and belonging.

Each room is designated for only 1 resident. The home is most comfortable if not too over-crowded.

Residents must be able to live independently, manage their own personal needs, and participate respectfully in a shared household setting.
Maa Ghar is independent shared housing.
It is not:
- assisted living
- memory care
- a medical facility
- a residential care facility
- a long-term care facility
Maa Ghar does not provide:
- personal care
- medication assistance
- mobility assistance
- health monitoring
- protective supervision
- memory support
- emergency response
- 24-hour supervision
All bedrooms and full bathrooms are located upstairs and are reached by one flight of stairs. The home does not have an elevator.
